The 45-year-old Carrick aims to convert an open archway into a footwear shed, complete with hanging hooks, benches, and designated spaces for storing shoes, making it akin to a football dressing room upon completion. He has also submitted a proposal to the Cheshire East Council to construct a garden room at the base of the estate, which would feature a cold plunge pool, a yoga area, and a "hot tub." Carrick envisions a wooden annex, measuring 22 feet in length and 16 feet in width, containing a sauna and a fireplace.
